"THE RISE OF QUANTUM COMPUTING: TECHNOLOGIES OPEN FUNDAMENTALLY NEW POSSIBILITIES AND TRANSMISSION"


"Quantum computing technology offers fundamentally different solutions to computational problems and enables more efficient problem-solving than what is possible with classical computations. The power of future quantum networks will derive from entanglement that is shared between the network nodes. The quantum physics theory expected to receive a lot of attention in coming years due to its ability to transform the existing critical technologies with extraordinary capabilities. Researchers that currently conducting a research in developing the giant wireless system have acknowledged the ability of a quantum technology to equip the upcoming Sixth-Generation (6G) wireless communication system, digital technologies with super-high transmission rates and unconditional security features. Quantum computing, quantum communication, and quantum key distribution are the example of technologies that governed by the laws of quantum physics. These technologies open fundamentally new possibilities in computation, security, and transmission voluminous amounts of data over long-distances, beyond what can be achieved by any classical approach. The failure of the classical method to solve the world’s most challenging problems at a given time has forced researchers to find a novel method which leads to the invention of a quantum-based technology. Quantum computing introduces state-of-the-art of computational ability. It accelerates the computational processes by manipulating parallel computational approach. This breakthrough has proven to solve the problem faced in a different area of study, such as in data processing, chemical simulation, and security enhancements. However, to fully utilize the potential of a quantum computing, an ecosystem with a broad spectrum of quantum technologies is required. One of the vital components of this ecosystem is the quantum network. Quantum network is the solution to increase the number of qubits that will enable macro/large-scale parallel computation that required in accelerating the computational power of a quantum computer."
